{"id":8742,"date":"2021-10-19T08:54:35","date_gmt":"2021-10-19T06:54:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.liceocarlomiranda.edu.it\/?p=8742"},"modified":"2021-10-19T08:54:35","modified_gmt":"2021-10-19T06:54:35","slug":"assemblea-distituto-ottobre-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.liceocarlomiranda.edu.it\/2021\/10\/19\/assemblea-distituto-ottobre-2\/","title":{"rendered":"ASSEMBLEA D&#8217;ISTITUTO (OTTOBRE)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prot. n. 4654\/2021<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u00a0 Frattamaggiore, 19\/10\/2021<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ai Docenti<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Agli Alunni<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ai Genitori degli alunni<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Al DSGA<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">LLSS<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Oggetto: Assemblea studentesca d\u2019Istituto.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Visti gli art. 12,13 del D.I. 297\/94;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vista la C.M. n. 312 del 27\/12\/1979<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Visto l\u2019art. 20 del Regolamento d\u2019Istituto;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vista la richiesta del 15\/10\/2021;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">SI AUTORIZZA<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>sabato 23 ottobre 2021<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> l\u2019assemblea di istituto con i seguenti punti all\u2019O.d.G.:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Presentazione liste elettorali per la consulta provinciale<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Scambio contatti telematici con i nuovi rappresentanti di classe<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Illustrazione delle modalit\u00e0 di assemblea e dei rappresentanti d\u2019istituto alle classi prime\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">con la seguente modalit\u00e0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">alla prima ora (7:50\/7:55\/8:00 \u2013 9:00) si svolger\u00e0 regolarmente attivit\u00e0 didattica in presenza;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">a partire dalle ore 9:30 avr\u00e0 inizio l\u2019assemblea in modalit\u00e0 on-line sulla piattaforma <\/span><b>Google Meet, alle classi virtuali dedicate<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Saranno predisposti <\/span><b>due meeting<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, ovvero, la componente alunni sar\u00e0 suddivisa in:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">classi prime e seconde;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">classi terze, quarte e quinte.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I link di partecipazione alle suddette classi virtuali resteranno operativi per l\u2019intero anno scolastico e sono i seguenti:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0classi prime e seconde:\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/meet.google.com\/iao-cvbu-wbi\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">https:\/\/meet.google.com\/iao-cvbu-wbi<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0classi terze, quarte e quinte:\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/meet.google.com\/hap-yxvy-woe\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">https:\/\/meet.google.com\/hap-yxvy-woe<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Gli alunni che intendessero accedere con il cellulare oppure con tablet dovranno scaricare l\u2019app Google Meet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I rappresentanti degli alunni uscenti si suddivideranno nei due meeting per consentire un efficiente e proficuo svolgimento dell\u2019assemblea.\u00a0 <\/span><b>Tale suddivisione deve essere comunicata dai rappresentanti all\u2019indirizzo <\/b><a href=\"mailto:teamdigitale@liceomiranda.it\"><b>teamdigitale@liceomiranda.it<\/b><\/a><b>, entro il giorno 21 ottobre 2021.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I docenti individuati alla gestione e alla vigilanza delle assemblee sono i seguenti:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Assemblea Classi Prime e Seconde: prof.
